ERBAYSAN  is a clothing manufacturer company which is operating in the production of men’s, boys’  and women’s formalwear field (jackets, blazers, vests, suits, trousers, tuxedos, shirt, etc.) 

 

                                The production

 

         There are two production facilities owned by the company.  One in İstanbul, with 20.000 square meters closed area and with a capacity of 25.000 jackets and 35.000 trousers monthly.

The second is in Edirne, with 5.000 square meters closed area and with a capacity of 25.000 jackets monthly.  And there is one production facility sub-contracted for trousers with a capacity of 15.000 pieces monthly. So total capacity of the company(+sub - contract) is 50.000 jackets and 50.000 trousers monthly.

                           

                                 Design and collection

Company has design and product development department for both their own and its customers' styles. They own Assyst compatible Gerber informatics system  for pattern gradation and cutting replacements as well as fully automatic Kuris and Gerber branded cutter.
